The theoretical aspects of the parents’, workers’ and social partners’ participation in the strategic planning are discussed in this Thesis. The analysis of the scientific literature has shown that the participation of the institution community and social partners in the strategic planning of the pre-school educational institution is becoming a serious problem. The results of the experts’ survey have shown that only a part of pedagogical workers and social partners take part in the strategic planning process of the pre-school educational institution. Meanwhile, pupils’ parents and personnel are not included into the process of the strategic planning preparation in the pre-school educational institution as there is a lack of directors’ initiative, information and a necessary competence of strategic planning. According to all respondents’ (directors’, workers’, parents’ and social partners’) opinion parents’, workers’ and social partners’ participation in the strategic planning process is necessary in order to improve the effectiveness of the strategic planning in the pre-school educational institution. |
