Much of our time is spent in making a living and in living itself. One essential element in these rather mundane activities is land and residential location. In this work, there are analysed household wellfare problam in monocentric, circular city consisting of a circular central business district surrounded by an annular region of roads and houses. Problam consists of household location optimum, competitive equilibrium and transport (public and private) problams. The model is iliustrated with solving three real situation – household optimum in Vilnius district, recreation zone planing and activities of scool, as economic subject, budget planing. |
