Abstract [eng] Theoretical analysis of social involvement showed that social involvement in scientific sources is regarded as the emphasis of advantages of the persons (particularily disabled persons) when trying to reveal their activity and originality in various spheres of life, which includes labor market as well. On the basis of theoretical analysis, professional training of the disabled is a perennial process of (self) education, which consists of equal components: pre-professional education, primary professional education, improvement of professional qualification, professional re-qualification, professional rehabilitation when relating professional education of the disabled not only with professional adaptation, but with socialization of the disabled as well. Hypothesis of the research is the persons that experienced back’s brain’s traumas (hereinafter – BBT) needs of self (employment) are not realized or are realized only partially due to insufficient privity of the employers about socioeducational possibilities of the disabled as well as their own low self-confidence. Method of questionnaire research has been done. Its aim was to reveal socioeducational factors in labor market of the involvement of the persons that have experienced BBT. The data of the research has been generalized when using statistical methods (descriptive statistics, factor and correlation analysis). 311 respondents participated in the research, 210 of them being the persons that experienced BBT and 101 – employers. In the empiric part the following subjects are discussed: internecine relations of the factors when successfully appearing in the labor market, factors of professional motivation of the persons that experienced BBT, efforts and need for help, difference of opinions of the persons that experienced BBT and the employers; difference of the opinions about required factors that have influence on the success of the involvement of the disabled in the labor market. The main conclusions of the empiric part: • The vast majority of the persons that experienced BBT are of young and middle age, thus they ar capable of being involvend into labor market, but mostly they did not even try to look for a job and they are unemployed. This phenomenon is regarded not only as determinant aspect of being employed, but as deep problematic aspect that indicates life spheres of the persons that experienced BBT as well. • The most important factors of professional motivation of the persons that experienced BBT are related with their development of socially valuable roles when providing help – need for support, proffession that offers possibilities of self-expression and acknowledgement; also the factors are related with non-standard features (e.g. of physical condition, etc.) of the persons as well, e.g. – adaptability of the employers to the needs of the disabled person, span of holiday (i.e. long holiday). • When comparing the opinions of the persons that experienced BBT about present and recquired factors of successful involvement in the labor market it turned out that in both cases the main structural component is conducive law basis, subsidies for the employers. • When comparing the opinions of the persons that experienced BBT and their employers about the success of them in the labor market and the needed factors there it was revealed that the opinions differed about the most important required factors. The persons that experienced BBT, on the contrary to the employers, do not put professional motyvation of the disabled on the top, meanwhile the employers do not single out subsidies for the employers neither neccessity of the laws that allow employment of the disabled. • The hypothesis that the persons that experienced back’s brain’s traumas needs of self (employment) are not realized or are realized only partially due to insufficient privity of the employers about socioeducational possibilities of the disabled as well as their own low self-confidence has been proved.
