Economic analysis of expenditures and optimism reasoning of companies providing public services of Šiauliai town municipality 2006-2010 has been analyzed in the Master’s paper. The expenditure economic analysis, main rational-financial and economical rates which indicate economical aspect of Ltd. company “Šiaulių vandenys” and Ltd. company “Šiaulių energija” have been rated in the work. Rates of expenditures level have been used. Technological rates have been evaluated by economical-statistical rates and correlation link between factors. While analyzing expenditures of Ltd. company “Šiaulių vandenys” by the attitude of perspective, mathematical-statistical prognosis has been done considering to the time factor (trend function) and prognosis according to the method of sliding averages. During the period of analyzing Ltd. company “Šiaulių energija” the project has been prepared in order to determine heat cost of the future period using the determination method of heat cost and looking for the best decisions which would influence possibilities of expenditure optimism, determining the cost of the heat price. |
