Abstract [eng] The thesis analyzes students' attitude towards the expression of physical culture in the context of values. The object of the analysis is the attitude of students towards the physical education lessons. The aim of the analysis is to explore the attitude of students from Siauliai city and its area towards the physical education lessons in the context of values. 240 students of 9-12 grades from Siauliai city and its area participated in the questionnaire survey. The empirical analysis in students' approach to physical education lessons in the context of the expression values. The research has showed that according to respondents’ opinion, the highest values are education and health, positive responses observed 100 % and 98 % accordingly. There is no significant difference where are students studying because the objective of values is homogeneous. Most of the responses complained of sleep disorders (44%), nervous tension (58%). Complain of back pain in Siauliai (44%), more respondents than in the district (24%). Student’s concern for their health does not affect the place of residence. Siauliai city (80%), some of the respondents assessed their health as worse than the region (83%). 86% of respondents believe that physical activity enhances health and is the main key of wellbeing. Respondents said they are moving a lot (29%) or at least sufficiently (61%). Siauliai city and district school students are physically active form of activity are different. In Siauliai city respondents are attending various sports training and sports clubs, but the district sports clubs to reimburse students attending physical education classes three times a week. In physical education classes, 97 % students engaged in active physical activity. In Siauliai city 40 % and in the district 40% respondents are the most physically enhanced if physical education lessons were three times a week.
