It is analyzed the fluctuation of Board system, considering the points and expectations of the enlightenments’ reform, in this master final paper. It is analyzed the use of Education Voucher’s means, in empirical part. It is applied the comparative analysis. Compared general education schools in Siauliai region, determining Education Voucher’s means are adequate in country-side and city schools. Education Voucher’s means should redistribute that the bigger part of the money accrue for the increasing teachers’ qualification. It is set that government should pay more attention for country-side schools and separate the bigger “Education Vouchers”, that students could get the qualitative education and in city schools and in country-side schools. |
