Management decision is the key of manager or management specialist part of the job, which is a full multidirectional and multi-faceted management activities. The aim - to assess the construction companies managerial decisions influence company development and to provide reasoned based on the recommendations of managerial decision-making improvement. The tasks: 1. Describe the managerial decision-making process, content, techniques and methods of decision-making and implementation. 2. Identify the managerial decision-making problems in groups. 3.
