Abstract [eng] |
Forms of employment: development, peculiarities, legal regulation and problems. Arnas Česaitis The form of employment is the type of activity of a person, which he performs and is considered to be employed. Since the activities of individuals perform legal methods, employment regulation distinguishes forms of employment according to their characteristics, thus forming a system. The main focus is on the forms of employment, as the problem of demarcation of various categories of legal regulation. The master's thesis discusses the development of legal regulation of employment, which led to the concept of employment and forms of employment. Considering the fact that the system of employment forms are the categories established by the new legal regulation of employment, it means that the legal regulation of employment has changed. These changes were, of course, determined not only by international and European Union legislation, but also by national social, economic and political processes. The work examines the sources determining the legal regulation of employment. Also discussed are the reasons that formed the modern legal regulation of employment, implemented through the system of employment forms. |
