Software agents allows to automate tasks, simplify the management of complex systems and provides intelligent properties for system. The system of agents, has become a new and promising software engineering and artificial intelligence branch. The aim of this work - to examine usage of software agent in e-shops. The task of this work - to analyze software agents, choose the means to realize a virtual assistant, and integrate it into the chosen e-shops, do an experiment by comparing a virtual assistant with the standard e-shop modules. Created virtual assistant system is superior to similar products offer module in e-shop stores. It gave a little speed in respect of integrated modules, and one store even had a faster rate. |
