This research paper analyzes the regulation of pharmaceutical services in Lithuania and England. It delves into the historical development of pharmaceutical services, their conceptualization in modern scientific literature, and the regulatory complexity present in both countries. Furthermore, it conducts a comparative analysis of the legal frameworks governing pharmaceutical services in Lithuania and England, identifying potential pathways for enhancing Lithuanian pharmaceutical services based on those available in England. Throughout the study, the concept, content, and origins of pharmaceutical services are scrutinized and elucidated. Legal statutes are examined with a focus on ensuring security, enhancing public health, and optimizing healthcare costs. Drawing from the findings of the theoretical analysis, the paper presents conclusions and recommendations aimed at refining the legal framework of the Republic of Lithuania to ensure the delivery of high-quality pharmaceutical services. |
