Abstract [eng] The main purpose of this master thesis is determine the role of perception of the work (performance) process in shaping employee satisfaction with work and their work results. The work consists of three main parts; the analysis of literature, the research and its results, conclusion and recommendations. After studying the aspects of the perception of the work (performance) process in the formation of employee job satisfaction and their work results in the activities of production sector companies, it is said that associations related to the process of transferring/handing over certain work performed in the organization to a specific employee are: providing assistance to the employee, giving advice to the employee , giving comments to the employee, supporting the employee and motivating the employee. The factors influencing the process and the result are: the employee himself, the environment surrounding the employee, the company's culture and the position of the leader. It is recommended, in order to achieve the proper and efficient performance of employees' work, that employees and managers cooperate with each other in order to achieve a good mutual relationship and strive to ensure a high organizational culture. In order to improve the role of perception of the work (execution) process, in shaping employee job satisfaction, it is recommended to ensure effective communication between employees and managers.
