Abstract [eng] Title: Adaptation of Outcomes Framework For Dance Movement Therapy© for Lithuania. Rationale for the study. Art therapy interventions are used as an integral part of rehabilitation services in the healthcare system. In order to be covered by the compulsory health insurance fund as a service, it is necessary to substantiate the effectiveness of art therapy interventions and to identify and measure the impact of the interventions, so the Outcomes Framework for Dance Movement Therapy© (Outcomes Framework) tool helps to identify the outcomes of dance-movement therapy (DMT), as well as of other art therapies, physical therapy, occupational therapy and similar interventions, in six domains of human well-being. By assessing the patient/client's condition with this tool, it is possible to monitor changes in the client's biopsychosocial state in the dynamics of the therapeutic process. The aim of this thesis is to adapt the tool Outcomes Framework for Dance Movement therapy© and consider its suitability for use in Lithuania. Objectives of the work to achieve the aim: 1) provide an overview of the development of the Outcomes Framework tool, its usability and the principles for conducting impact assessments; 2) translate the Outcome Framework tool from English into Lithuanian; 3) to validate and adapt the content of the Outcome Framework tool in Lithuanian for use in Lithuania. Study participants. There were 6 participants in the focus group discussion on the linguistic and professional adaptation of the translated tool content. The content validity assessment of the tool adapted for Lithuania was carried out by 9 experts. The study was carried out during years 2023-2024. Research methodology. The content validity of the tool was assessed qualitatively and quantitatively. In a focus group discussion, participants discussed all the translated elements of the tool table. For the expert study, all 85 items of the Outcomes Framework table were assessed by the experts in terms of relevance, simplicity, clarity and ambiguity. The quantitative content validity analysis included the assessment of content validity indices, item and scale means Results. The ICV-I index for assessing the content validity of the instrument was 0.92 (reflecting very good content validity of the items (questions); the S-CVI/Ave index is 0.75 (corresponding to a good level of validity); and the S-CVI/UA index is 0. 75 (good level of validity); 4) the overall intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) is 0.93, 95% CI (0.84-0.98), p=0.0001, which reflects a very high and adequate level of validity; the Cronbach's alpha coefficient is 0.93 and demonstrates a high level of internal consistency of the instrument. Conclusions. The results reflect that Outcomes Framework for Dance Movement Therapy© tool is reliable and suitable for use in assessing interventions in the field of DMT or other arts therapies.
