Abstract [eng] Non-formal education institutions are facing the challenges of a constantly changing IT environment in order to deliver education more efficiently and innovatively and to structure their administrative activities in a more modern way. Digital technologies enable access to learning content anywhere and anytime, providing interactive learning tools that promote student engagement in learning. Digital platforms promote collaboration and collective learning among students, and allow for easy management and analysis of large amounts of data. Integrating new digital technologies in non-formal education organizations can improve the quality of teaching, increase accessibility and improve the overall learning environment. It can also help organizations to respond more effectively to changing challenges and adapt to a rapidly evolving educational environment. Technologies that can help foster innovation in non-formal education include learning management systems, digital learning content creation tools, virtual reality systems, mobile applications, systems for data analysis and processing, distance learning platforms and tools for online communication. However, it is important to consider the importance of appropriate choice of learning technologies, infrastructure requirements and staff training. In this context, the Master's thesis addresses how to improve the use of digital resources for education, what are the possibilities of new technologies for education, how digital tools such as the Google for Education platform can be used in non-formal education for innovation and modernization, and how the implementation of these tools can change the traditional practices of non-formal education. The structured interview method helped to obtain detailed information from the institution's managers on the institution's specific ICT needs. The work analyzed the functionalities of digital tools for modernizing educational processes and their potential application in the context of non-formal education, described the methodology for applying the functionalities of Google for Education Fundamentals to a non-formal education institution, and designed and implemented a digital account for the implementation of these works. Based on the information received, the implementation of Google for Education Fundamentals resulted in the creation of an electronic folder for storing students' creative work, the creation of a helpdesk enquiry system, and the sending of large volumes of personalized documents and e-mails.
