Topic of Master's thesis: Developing Sustainability in Preschool Institutions: the Context of Change Management for Educators. Change management in pre-school institutions is an important process to ensure the sustainability of these institutions. After raising the problematic questions of this work - how do educators understand the concept of sustainability and how is this understanding reflected in the context of preschool education? What changes in the implementation of sustainability principles in pre-school educational institutions are noticeable, and what influence do they have on pedagogues and students, ‒ the aim of the work is to reveal the change management contexts of pedagogues' sustainability education in pre-school institutions. The object of the work: the contexts of pedagogue management for the sustainability education of pedagogues in preschool institutions. To achieve the purpose of the study, the research tasks are: ●Analyze the theoretical aspects of managing changes in the experiences of pedagogues in sustainability education in preschool educational institutions. ●Disclose teachers' attitude towards sustainability. ●Identify the possibilities of applying sustainability in a preschool educational institution. ●Disclose what changes the educational institution implements in order to integrate sustainability into the educational process of the preschool institution and what challenges it faces. Research methods: analysis and summarization of scientific literature, questionnaire survey. 104 teachers of preschool education participated in the study, selected by the method of simple random sampling. Conclusions. Successful change management and the integration of sustainability principles are essential in preschools to ensure sustainability. Educators are aware of the importance of sustainability and try to incorporate sustainability principles into their activities, but face various challenges, including lack of resources and insufficient knowledge of sustainability principles and methodology. This shows that further efforts and support from the administration are necessary in order to successfully implement sustainability education in preschool educational institutions.
