The choice of profession, and the further occupation as well as the possibility to have a job according to the chosen profession and to feel the satisfaction of that is a relevant issue today, because a number of young professionals after graduation of a high school can not find the job according to the chosen profession. There is a need to continue learning and retraining in order young people would not get disappointed in the present situation and would be able to accommodate in the ever changing job market. The object of this work - reasons of choosing a profession of foreign language teachers and satisfaction of the chosen profession.The aim - to establish the motives of choosing the foreign language teacher profession and the satisfaction of it. Research sample consisted of 125 foreign language (41 English, 39 German, 45 Russian) teachers working in, or wishing to work in pedagogical work of the chosen profession. Hypotheses of the research - It is likely that young teacher having problems in their job, because they are not experienced in the pedagogical job so they take any pride in the job. |
