This master‘s final paper research the specifics of the knowledge management applying situation and opportunities in Šiauliai „Aušros“ museum activity. Paper includes knowledge management conception, main knowledge management process. Empiric analysis is revealed by main museum activity components – events, exhibitions, employees, service quality, visitors, etc. The results of research reveals human values that dominates in society when its emphasis is on non-specific universal informants requirements. There is no dominating specialization to create an orientation considering to informants needs. Abstracted directions (manufacturing, trade, public relations, engineering, education organizations, healtcare organizations, etc.) identified needs are similar, abstract, thats why it is must leed to main human criteria – museum is for everyone. Created the knowledge management applying situation and opportunities model links to directions that Šiaulių “Aušros” museum should make its activities better by orientating to these abstracted categories. |
