This master‘s degree thesis involves analysis of theoretical and juridical acts’ regulations, priorities of speech and language therapists’ activities and factors of professional motivation. The hypothesis raised in the research is that factors that support the professional motivation of speech and language therapists in pre-school and positive attitude towards professional activities are more significant than external motivation factors. |
