Increasing competition in the labor market, rapidly changing economy and the heightened reality of young people's problems, poses special requirements of their learning and career planning, career choices for a rational way. Given this situation it is important to evaluate the Lithuanian Labour Exchange measures the effectiveness in reducing youth unemployment problem. It is also important to evaluate the factors that lead young people to properly assess their abilities and talents to choose the right profession, and it increases the motivation for a career. The object of investigation - factors that affect individuals who have completed courses organized by the labor exchange, career and employment opportunities. The aim - to find out the persons who have completed courses organized by the labor exchange, job factors and outcomes. Research methods - Analysis of scientific literature, a questionnaire survey. The data were processed by descriptive statistics, calculating the percentage frequencies. Research methodology - based on three psychological theories put forward by scientists - A. Maslow, R. Hoppock and D. E. Super. A survey of 200 Labour members are graduates of courses organized. The study results allowed to confirm the hypothesis that labor market training courses organized by the knowledge, trained skills, competence and employability of young people leads to good results have been confirmed. The major part of the labor exchange training survey of participants found employment, which influenced the course trained skills and competences acquired theoretical knowledge and the ability to put yourself in the labor market. |
