In the post-graduate task analysing development of techniques of assembly process of labour efficiency and quality in the assembly workshop. In the first part of this work is discussed the significance of labour efficiency and quality, defined parameters of product quality and inquality price of product to producer, definited the importance of the quality control and methods, the peculiarity of quality administration, underlined the basic factors from which depend labour efficiency and quality. In the second part of the task is analysed chosen production technique equally the results of the action of quality control. Scrutinized available results, were suggested methods to increase assembly process of labour productivity and efficiency, similarly prefered proposal to control of quality, how to reduce waster and how to improve assembled ties tighten minutes accordance to stints. Practically appointed, with reference to work results with offered suggestions, the labour efficiency increased also grew usefully spent labour hours, rather decreased waster of assembly during control. Depending on labour results, established roughness in technological numbers and in using cheching methods of quality control practically. It is not turned to account possibility of enterprise to endeavour at labour purpose, i. e. reasoned calculation of quality and labour expenditures and thorough analysis might have impact to improve the production quality and development of production process, in pursuance of labour efficience and quality in total production process. |
