Abstract [eng] In the final master‘s work are analyzed Lithuanian Republic pension system in 1995 – 2011 and their reform alternatives. Theoretical part deals with the concept of pension system, objectives, here structure and models, identifies the pension system’s and pension size factors and the main there features. This paper presents types of pension system reform and possible theoretical reform alternatives. In the practical part are analyzed the Lithuanian Republic pension system’s situation in 1995 – 2011 in order to identify the weakest countries areas and justify the need for reform. Performed pension size and there factors dependence analysis. Developed pension system reform alternatives assessment model whitch provided possible Lithuanian Republic pension system’s reform alternatives.
