In master’s closing work there are analyzed the JSC “Pieno žvaigždės” suplly chain management created the economic added value and the possibility to increase the choice of a more accurate demand forecasting method. The theoretical part of the paper analyzes the different approaches of the supply chain. They are used by management to assess the effectiveness D.Lambert economic value added indicator methodology. In the practical part - analysis of EVA index history and reasons for promoting its volatility. In addition, brings economic value added relationship associated with forecasting errors by providing deferred demand. |
