Abstract [eng] One of the essential features of the contemporary education organization is the activity based on collaboration. In order to develop children's socialization skills and provide high-quality education, it is necessary to strengthen interaction among a child, family and educational institution, i.e. to develop a partnership of the pre-school community. The object of the research is the expression of the quality of collaboration of pre-school educators with the community of the institution. The aim of the research is to analyze the expression of the quality of collaboration of pre-school educators with the community of the institution. The methods of the research are as follows: the comparative analysis of scientific literature, education and legislation, the questionnaire survey of pre-school educators and parents, the interview with the heads of pre-school institutions and descriptive statistical analysis of the data. The research included 5 heads of pre-school institutions, 118 pre-school educators and 112 parents, whose children attend pre-school institutions. The analysis of the findings revealed that the expression of the quality of collaboration could be evaluated according to the following activities: the ethos; child's education and learning; the achievement of child’s education (learning); support and assistance for the child and family; resources and school management.
