Relevance of the research The foreign language and teaching (learning) of it nowadays becomes more relevant. It is because the knowledge of foreign language is the base of the knowledge that creates wider facilities for the student. Changes of environmen talso influence alteration of foreign language learning. On the other side, it helps the teachers to get new possibilities for professional qaulification development, trying to use qualification and competence to satisfy nowadays demands. We can penetrate the tendencies of foreign language teaching (learning) alternation and using them to influence the quality of foreign language . The subject of the research – the alteration of teaching (learning) foreign language at the basic schools. The hypothesis of the research- it is presumptive that researching the demand and possibilities of professional qaulification development of foreign language teachers‘, it is possible to penetrate the tendencies of foreign language learning alternation and using them to influence the quality of foreign language . The aim of the research –to investigate the experience, quality and demand of foreign language teaching and to develop the quality altranation tendencies of foreign language teaching (learning). The usefulness of the research – the work is relevant to the workers of educational institutions, schools‘ leaders, teachers‘ who are interested in improvement of educational system ,workers‘ qualification and competence. The work could be interesting for the teachers‘ who are trying to improve their skills, knowledge, or to keep the high quality of foreign language learning (teaching). The students of educational quality management could be interested too. |
