Master's thesis examines the current situation and the possibilities of transformation to an economiccaly growing of problematic rural territory of Kelme district. Thesis consists of three parts. The first part deals with theoretical discourse of problematic rural territory growing to an economically dictrict. The problematic rural territory deals with framework of regional policy. Analyze the potential of economic growth. The methodology part provides information about research activities carried out, presents a logical scheme of thesis. The current situation and transformation possibilities of Kelmes district is presented in the empirical part of the thesis. The main purpose of the study is to investigate problematic rural territory and describe possibilities of economic growth. Theis reseach shows about lack of information on bussiness opportunities and incentives, alternative activities. The microdistricting is one of the ways that allows to distinguish the unique characteristics of each township. |
