Master's thesis analyzes the Good governance expression of youth entrepreneurship promotion system in Plunge district. In the first part of the work I analyzed Lithuanian and foreign authors insights about the concept of Good governance, and described the definition of variety of principles. I’m analyzing legislation and policy documents on youth policy and the promotion of entrepreneurship, focusing on the factors influencing the implementation of Good governance principles, the promotion of youth entrepreneurship in the system. Youth entrepreneurship is discussed as public, social and economic phenomenon that affects the sustainable economic development of the regions competitiveness, local residents, quality of life and employment growth. In the empirical part, based on the youth policy of regulating documents, reports, systematically analyzed the current Plunge District Youth Entrepreneurship situation. I used qualitative data collection method - semi-structured interviews from experts. Based on Good document content analysis regarding governance concept and plunges district youth policy, the survey instrument was designed which is the questionnaire interview. It is known from exploratory opinion on the expression of the principles of Good governance in Plunge district youth entrepreneurship promotion system causes that determine the lack of implementation of the principles and indicators to measure the diffusion. Evaluated results showed that the prevailing convention do not apply and is not analyzed further entrepreneurial incentives is limited by the implementation of Good governance principles in Plunge district youth entrepreneurship promotion system. |
