After analyze of risk definition, it can be affirmed that in scientific literature which is suited with risk problems analyzing, there are a lot of meanings of risk definition. That is affected by risk difficulty and contradictory, but most of risk definitions always links to losses. Summarizing all business risk definitions were picked out these main business risk features: business risk connected with decisions determination, losses and reachable aim. Summarizing business risk management structures were separated these main stages: defining aims of business risk management; quantity and quality analyze of risk; findings ways to decrease risk; analyze of effectiveness and correction of risk management aims. Performing business risk management research in vehicle repair centers is proposed theorical model of business risk which will let companies to manage business risk. This model includes these stages: defining aims of business risk management; data collecting and its analyze; risk analyze: external and internal subjects influence to risk appearance in company and risk evaluation; choosing strategies of risk management; finding methods to decrease risk; analyze of effectiveness and correction of risk management aims. |
