Abstract [eng] The theme relevance and necessity of its decision. The leading and fastest growing companies in the world ensure the successful development while introducing the innovations, which create the competitive advantage in the companies, and organizational culture can inspire employees to be more productive, to ensure constant increasement of activities performance. Strategies and staff management models aplied before, has helped to grow up for organizations, but now, it is no longer sufficient for the further development of these enterprises and the global market. In order to maintain growth rates, to increase profitability, and become known in new markets, remaining competitive, the development of innovation and innovative organizations become vitally important, while focusing on wider internal characteristics - organization's culture. To answer the question about the impact on organization culture to innovativeness is still on search. Still on seach the answers, explaining the cultural elements of business processes, and to direct them to the desired direction. In other words, the organization aims to create a culture that promotes the organization's performance, including innovativeness too. The aim of research work – to determine the impact of organization culture to innovativeness. The goals of the work: 1. Define the concept of organization culture and level of analysis and the elements; 2. Define the concepts of innovation and innovativeness, the levels of assessment criteria; 3. Disclose the relations between organizational culture and innovativeness; 4. Evaluate the level empirical reseach about organizational culture and innovativeness; 5. Compose empirical research model of impact of organization culture to innovativeness; 6. Reveal the impact of organization culture to innovativeness. There is no united model of organization culture, evaluating the impact to innovativeness, thou esearchers have placed the cultural characteristics of organizations that could promote the innovativeness. All these organization culture norms, characteristics are put to one research model. The results of investigation showed, that KTU Regional Science Park companies have about 58% of innovativeness, the strength of organization culture norms - 93%, and characteristics of organization culture – 79%. The correlation revealed that cultural norms contribute the impact to characteristics of organization culture factors that directly influences the innovativeness of organizations.
