Abstract [eng] Intensive information flows and business globalization in recent decades have become the key factors that determine the success of business organization. Not only tangible assets, but also intellectual property helps modern companies to succeed in fast changing business environments. The organization’s necessity to become an open system has incremented the importance of business communication. Since business communication processes became especially important for every organization, there was an increasing interest in its forms development. It was understood that the development of business communication requires not only improved communication forms, but also employee motivation. This aspect is particularly important in building, sustaining and enhancing organization’s relationships with its employees. The object of master thesis is business communication influence on employee motivation. Tasks are raised as follows: 1) to present the conception of business communication and its processes, briefly discuss the types of business communication; 2) to analyze the evolution of methods and techniques used in organizing internal business communication, to identify its main trends; 3) to identify the main employee involved in business communication motivation means; 4) to present the notch of empirical investigations in business communication influence on employee motivation field; 5) after a thorough literature analysis to shape the business communication influence on employee motivation model; 6) after carrying out a research to evaluate the influence of business communication on employee motivation.
