| Abstract [eng] | Two methods of returning the loan were being explored: the sinking - fund method and the amortization method. The formulas of constructing the schedules were being deduced recurrently. At the end of two sectors were indicated how to construct loan schedules in simple way by using the Microsoft Excel program. |
