This master thesis is dedicated to the analysis of the legal practice of Article 4 of the Law on Competition of the Republic of Lithuania. The author seeks to examine these problematic aspects of the legal practice of Article 4 of the Law on Competition: the concept of the in-house agreement and its relation to the general duty of entities of public administration to ensure freedom of fair competition, the exception to Article 4 of the Law on Competition and those arguments that can justify it, the liability of entities of public administration for the infringements of the Law on Competition and the question of direct application of Article 4 of the Law on Competition. |
