Discrimination concept and its sorts are present in first part of this work. There is also discussing about the theories of market discrimination. From the material presented above different theories of discrimination can be concluded that current labor market discrimination is the result of force that hinder competition or labor market adjustments to competitive forces. The second part is about womens position in the labor market. There is talking about discrimination against womens in the Europe and equal rights realizations. There is also represented the comparison the womens position in the Europe with the womens position in Lithuanian. It is also talking about women salary, occupation, unemployed and activity in the labor market of Lithuanian. |
