Recently Lithuania is the most rapidly growing state under the point of economics. However, business in Lithuania is quite constricted by diverse ways of regulation related to business system. Consequently, a lot of Lithuanian companies that already are in business or especially those which have been established recently or ones in the process of establishment face various issues related taxes, licenses and plenty of other questions concerning administration and management of an enterprise. The object of this research involves business regulation systems in Great Britain and Lithuania. The goal of this thesis is to identify how it would be possible to “improve” (develop) the business regulation system in Lithuania through the application of already existent business regulation system in Great Britain. The performed research has reflected that business in Lithuania is constrained by constantly changing laws and lots of formalities. There is also no smoothly working system that would encourage the expansion of business. The thesis consists of three parts, conclusions and suggestions (there are not included lists of references and annexes). The thesis involves fifty pages. There fourteen figures and two tables in it. There have been applied fifty eight sources of literature and information. |
