This masters thesis work researches the development and possible prospects of e-government services in Lithuania. The study discusses the theoretical aspects of e-government services and provides a definition of the object of study. As well, possible models of e-government are pointed out and discussed in more detail, identifying their qualities and shortcomings. While analysing e-government services in Lithuania, the main consideration is given to evaluation of models Government - Business and Government - Citizen. The development prospects of e-government services in Lithuania are evaluated, and the main factors influencing the development of e-government services are discussed. |
