Abstract [eng] SUMMARY The aim of this thesis is to analyze the aggression of mentally disabled adults, its occurrence and the ways of negotiation. The intellect is categorized as abstract, practical and social. Important is that usually disorders in thinking and perception are contributed with emotional and behavioral disorders. They occur in different manual and verbal ways, antisocial behavior, and higher inadequate aggression. Aggression, as a reaction to a stimulus striving to wreak the others, is a phenomenon determined by biological and social factors. The qualitative research using the method of narrative interview was carried out. Five experts were quested: three professionals working in the field of mental disorders and two mothers, whose daughters have slight or medium intellect disorders. Results showed that aggression is usually a behavior gained in social learning process. This behavior is showed with manipulative intents and wishing to fulfill the own needs. The experts stressed the fair of bereavement and loneliness as a main cause of aggression. It appears in the presence of physical and emotional insecurity. The conclusion about the great importance of assistance can be made. It means that the functioning of a person with mental disorders could be improved by proper assistance.
