Summary “Concept and principles of disciplinary responsibility” Disciplinary responsibility is individual, self sustaining and one of the kind of juridical responsibilities. Employers and employees encounter various difficulties in labour law relations, because rules of law which regulates disciplinary responsibility are perceived and conceived irregularly. That’s why disclosing of concept and content of disciplinary responsibility and analysis of its features is very important in academic and practical view. At the beginning of presented research juridical responsibility are analyzed as detached juridical category, its general features, its apply bounds and so on. Labour discipline delict is discussed as a cause of responsibility and its obligatory conditions. We discussed common disciplinary responsibilities regulations in Lithuanian standard law acts. Disciplinary responsibility compared with other forms of juridical responsibilities by chosen criterions. The concept of disciplinary responsibility was formulated by analyzing disciplinary responsibilities specific features and comparing them with other juridical responsibilities forms. In this master paper we discussed principles that regulates labour law relations and they importance in applying disciplinary responsibility and we formulated peculiars principles of disciplinary responsibility. |
