Abstract [eng] RESPOSIBILITY FOR OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS VIOLATIONS SUMMARY The Constitution of the Republic of Lithuania provides the right to adequate, safe and healthy occupational working conditions. This is one of the most important human rights. If violate human constitutional right to occupational safe and healthy work may be endangering not only to him but also to other people. Therefore, the EU and Lithuanian legislation provides a lot of responsibilities for employer in occupational safety and health area, if violate to the legal regulation of occupational safety and health as a persuader are various forms of responsibility and sanctions. At this master work by using a comparative, logical analysis, system analysis, analytical - critical, descriptive research methods: a) The first part examines the concept of legal responsibility; b) The second part an overview of EU and Lithuanian occupational safety and health of the legal regulation, identifies health and safety inspection forms; c) And the third part is the largest. Here analyzed and seeking to reveal the forms of responsibilities for employers if they violate occupational safety and health regulatory requirements. Adduced Lithuanian courts case law with particular examples of practice, identifying each type of responsibility. Formulated based on information collected by the findings.
