The investigations in Pig Farm were made in 2013. The ammonia concentration in the air of animal barns was observing during these investigations. The aim was to measure the effectiveness of biostabilizators. Three barns were chosen in Pig Farm. One barn was chosen as a control barn, in which weren’t used any biostabilizator. The other two were chosen as the pilot barns. In these two barns were using different biostabilizators: MICROPAN NORMAL and POLIFLOCK-BTS. The investigations have shown that the ammonia concentration in control barn is higher than in pilot barns, in which were using the biostabilizators. Evaluating the effectiveness of biostabilizators for reducing of the ammonia concentration in barn‘s air, was found that biostabilizator MICROPAN NORMAL is superior, the using method of this product is simpler, the amount of ammonia in the air can be reduced from 11 to 25 percent using MICROPAN NORMAL. The results of investigations helped to identify and evaluate, that the using of biostabilizators can reduce and control the emission of ammonia from barns. |
