Master's thesis analyzed one of the most delicate of today's economic and social problems - youth unemployment. These sharp changes in the labor market caused by the global economic and financial crisis and the ensuing economic downturn. The first part study theoretical aspects of unemployment : Unemployment concept and its types, young people integration into the labor market, the difficulties of young people to prevent the entry into the labor market, as well as identify the causes and consequences of youth unemployment, and the measures to minimize the effects of this macro-economic phenomenon. The second part consists of the youth labor market indicators 2002-2012 dynamics analysis to calculate the change of pace and variation, set signal strength through a correlation analysis between the number of unemployed youth, unemployment, employment and of economic and social indicators, as well as the estimated economic loss due to youth unemployment, employment and labor productivity and to submit the results of the various programs that have reduced levels of youth unemployment and increasing employment level. The third part of the work prepared by the youth unemployment forecast and the analysts opinion. The work done confirms the hypothesis that youth unemployment is increasing due to the lack of pre- qualification , training of non-compliance to labor market requirements , and the negative attitude of employers in a non- work experience young person and purposeful and balanced the active labor market policy measures and actions to ensure the effective choice of young people into the labor market. |
