Lithuanian higher schools, in response to the European Union's education space increasing demands placed upon the quality of the study , the students ' expectations and needs, and induced competition between intensive search tools to solve these problems . Each higher education institution , regardless of its type in the implementation and use of internal quality management system. Also , each higher school perform strategic planning. Master of the topic relevance of the study imply that the higher education quality assurance is an integral part of high school existence .
