The Master‘s work in public administration, sustainable development, local self- government analysis, look into Šventoji leadership activities and problems of local self –governments. Accomplished local self – government of Sventoji eldership improvement modeling. Following an analysis of the scientific literature shows that Lithuania township management issues only recently got into scientific eyeshot and the lack of scientific studies analyzing local government wards of the problems as well as good experience. A Lithuanian neighborhood closest to the local population of the authorities, is experiencing significant challenges: at low cultivation and financial autonomy, municipality must exercise the functions delegated to the municipality, to bring the local community and effectively mobilized local government issues. According to the Lithuanian and foreign authors and practitioners views were analyzed Palanga municipality, Sventoji eldership and communication between the local community and collaboration problems. Was done Sventoji eldership content analysis of documents and individual in-depth (content) in an interview with the elder of the Sventoji analysis of the results , group interviews with community activists Sventoji activists analysis of the results , and are formed based on local self- improvement trends of the Sventoji eldership. For entrepreneurs: Palanga city municipality administration should be guided by good governance and sustainable development principles and common interfaces to ensure the implementation of these interfaces, encouraging business development, strengthening the influence of the Sventoji eldership business development and entrepreneurship opportunities in the modeling resort eldership throughout the year, not only during the summer season. 3. For guests: Developing tourism in the Sventoji not only in summer but also in the offseason, setting up a tourist information center, giving the Sventoji eldership more features to work with incoming guests: the public policy organization of emergency medical assistance, social assistance, cultural and sports events, self-development. |
