Master`s final work formulates challenging problems of culture centers in their demand to attend extreme variability of innovation, to adapt themselves to the challenges of present day requirements. The paper analyzes and systematizes, articles, documents, research findings, analysis of scientists, scholars, educators published in the media as well as statistics and articles of scientists on the cultural activities and the legislative framework of culture institutions. Having summarised the opinions of experts on local municipalities level the paper reveals the obsticles and positive factors inducing and anticipating models of development of Lithuanian Culture Centres. The thesis to be defended formulated by the author of this final work is approved. It is necessary to adjust and improve Culture Centers‘ activities. They are closely interfaced with policy of the state in connection with culture, management, human resources and others factors. There are formulated conclusions and recommendations for individual –level institutions and given possible culture centers change models literature and focus group participants. Master's thesis analysis and create change models can serve the cultural centers of successful operational problems and their solution, the developed model, new models, how to carry out conversion of creation. |
