Abstract [eng] work analysis major issues of legal regulation of illegal work in Lithuania. The first part of the work analysis how the phenomenon of illegal work is emerging and what impact this phenomenon makes for the state and individual worker. Moreover, discussing variety of definitions which define the phenomenon of illegal work. Analysing how Lithuanian lawmaker is approaching to the problem of describing the definition of the illegal work. Searching for the best possible solutions how to define the phenomenon of illegal work in Lithuania. In the second part of the work there are looking for attributions how to identify the illegal work. The work allso analysis how attributions of illegal work are described in Lithunian legal doctrine and how this attributions are applied in Lithuanian corts practices. Questioning if all these illegal work identifying attributions are needed to define the work as illegal. The third part of the work looks what legal responsibility is available for the illegal work. Analysis what legal responsibility for the illegal work is common in other countries. What legal responsibility for the illegal work is applied by Lithuanian lawmaker. Looking through the possible solutions to strict legal responsibility for the illegal work in Lithuania. Furthermore according to the practices of other countries analysis which subject employer or employee should be responsible for the illegal work. Discoverying which subject employer or employee is liable for the illegal work in Lithuania.
