Abstract [eng] The objective of this work is to analyse managing process models and to create a one shop model for concrete public service (Maternity pension). To reach this goal there were set such tasks: 1. Define the concepts of „one shop“, public service and e-service; 2. To analyse the goals of the development of e-sociaty; 3. To represent the analysis of the preasant situation of e-services; 4. To analyse the existing examples of „one shop“ model; 5. To make the methodology of public service provision by „one shop“ model; 6. With reference to the methodology to create the service process reengineering model; 7. To design the computerized environment of the concrete service; 8. To give the conclusions. In this work the performances of service proceses are analyzed. The concrete public service, „Maternity pension“ is analyzed. The purpose of this work is to develop the service, working as a „One-Shop“ model, using Data Flow Diagram (DFD) notation and the Managing Process model. With reference to DFD formal rules, the independent proceses of present situation are marked out as an operating loop. Transforming the existing model in such a way, we get a regular service performance of „One-Shop“ model. Also the examples of service modeling and transformation are introduced. As a result there were made the service process reengineering methodology. With reference to this methodology there was created the one shop model of concrete service. This methodology can be used for any public service. Moreover there was designed the computerized environment of this service. The work consists of 63 p., 5 tables and 31 pictures.
