The object of this study is - educational trips as qualification increasing mode of secondary school’s pedagogues. After the qualification development system was decentralized in Lithuania, the supply of educational trip has risen in a short time. The topic of this study is outlined by qualification development attitude and importance of realization of pedagogues needs by implementation of educational trips. This study contains the analysis of educational trips as qualification increasing mode concept, features and historical development of educational trips in Lithuania. There is given the analysis of juridical deeds determinative the educational trips and estimation of planning procedure of this kind of trips. Also this analysis includes the interviews and questionnaires fulfilled by secondary school’s pedagogues, school’s directors and organizers of educational trips. This method was used seeking to explore in detail the contemporary situation of educational trips. This research defines the equivalence between expedience of educational trips and demand of participants. Survey shows in what ways pedagogues develop occupational intercourses, spread their work experience and how new knowledge is adopted in practice. Also this survey helps to see how rationally resources for educational trips are used. Analysis confirms the hypothesis that realization of educational trips in Lithuania still is not institutionalized. For that reason this analysis gives the offers for qualification development adjusting institutions about effectiveness rise of educational trips. |
