The object of this work: the use of outsourcing in the Lithuanian insurance sector. The aim of this work: to clarify the outsourcing benefits and how outsourcing affect the insurance companies. In the first part reviews the work of outsourcing in the development, the authors compared the different opinion of the outsourcing concept. It also analyzes the hiring of outsourcing, the types,gals and the installation steps. Reviews the nature of the insurance sector, as well as the analysis of classification. Analysis the advantages and disadvantagesof outsourcing. The second part of reviews -life insurance sector and non-life insurance market in the Baltic countries and Lithuania. Analysis insurance market development trends in the use of outsourcing. The third part of this work is evaluating the outsourcing service in the Lithuanian insurance sector, their importance. Detailed analysis of the use of outsourcing, hire insurance companies, examines the benefits and problems occurring purchased installation services. Work consists of a total of 64 pages, 8 tables, 25 paintings. |
