Abstract [eng] The aim of this work is to estimate personnel recruitment and selection methods influence on employees motivation. To achieve the aim of the work, the following objectives have been defined: • to estimate the personnel recruitment merits and demerits; • to evaluate employees selection methods; • to name factors which have influence to personnel motivation; • to mark employees motivation means; • to introduce with personnel recruitment and selection methods practice in Lithuania and foreign countries; • to create model of personnel recruitment and selection methods influence on employees motivation; • to evaluate Giedrola Ltd. and Autominute ir Ko Ltd personnel recruitment and selection methods influence on employees motivation. In the diploma project are analyzed: non-fiction’s analysis, work authoress made questionnaires of 49 respondents and descriptive statistics. Work consists of introduction, three chapters, conclusions, suggestions, literary list and additions. Work size is 69 pages. There are 14 tables and 31 pictures in the work. This work is subdivided into three chapters. In the theoretical section of this paper is analyzed the merits and demerits of the personnel recruitment, the methods of employees’ selection, tools of motivation and factors that have influence on it. The analytical section of the paper is presented the investigation of personnel recruitment, selection and motivation in Lithuania and in other countries. In accordance with collected and analyzed nonfiction, the paper author created the model of personnel recruitment and selection methods influence on employees motivation. The last chapter introduces the empirical research methodology and the research results analysis, which took place in Giedrola Ltd. and Autominute ir Ko Ltd.
