Abstract [eng] There is considerable controversy in the regulation of the legal entity adminitracijos head legal situation in Lithuanian law. Although the legislation is enshrined in the organic management of legal persons, case-law legal person the head of administration by the year 2009 was regarded as a legal personal representative of the law. It should be noted that the legal status of the legal governing legislation provides that the head of the administration must have an employment contract. Employment contract implies the application of labor laws. Some of the imperatives of consolidating labor law (for example, strict redundancies in order) to hinder the normal activities of legal persons of laws rules. Thus, the actual head of administration of the legal person legal position of the situation is quite problematic. According to statutory provisions of the labor and legal persons the appointment of the head of administration and creating an employment contract with him to be complied with the specific legal entity of collegiate decision-making procedures.
