Abstract [eng] Theoretical analysis of expression of reflecting skills for the professional experience of a social educator was implemented in the work. The hypothesis was formed that it is likely that social educators perceive the importance of reflecting skills as well as the significance for the professional activity and they have possibilities of realising skills of reflection on action, reflection in action and reflection for action. The questionnaire was applied as the main method of this survey by using the questionnaire of the closed type; the survey was implemented the aim of which is to reveal the expression of reflecting skills for the professional experience of a social educator during different stages of activity (reflection on action, reflection in action and reflection for action) on the base of theoretical and empirical survey data analysis. The data was processed by statistical survey data analysis (quantitative descriptive statistics; multidimensional statistical method – factorial analysis). For attaining the presented aim respondents were selected purposely by aids of the method of convenience sampling. Empirical part analyses tendencies of the importance of attitude of a social educators towards the reflecting as well as self-reflecting and skills of reflecting professional experience in various activity stages (reflection on action, reflection in action and reflection for action).
