Despite the recent economic recession, global labour migration flows continue to increase and the issue remains important to government and business. The goal of this paper is to analyze how migration processes affect economical indicators of business. Migrations theories and migration factors are analyzed in the first part of this paper. These factors are different to everyone but the main is economical. The most negative influence of migration is the loss of qualified workers, decreasing growing of economics. Migration flows and economical situation of Lithuania is analyzed in the second part of the paper. Analysis of scientific literature and statistics of migration shows that emigration flows from Lithuania are increasing and economical situation is getting more complicated. The results of analysis in the third part shows that emigration flows from Lithuania and some economical factors of business depend on each other. |
