Master's thesis work consists of three parts: theoretical, analytical and research. The theoretical part of the Master control THEORETICAL CONCEPTS TO BE APPLIED IN PAPER INDUSTRY corporate governance will be to reveal the theoretical importance of the management, delivery and management structure based on its core functions of practical significance. It will also assess the economic impact analysis in the context of governance. The analytical part of the Master LITHUANIAN AGRICULTURAL AND PAPER INDUSTRY ECONOMIC SITUATION IN LITHUANIA on the basis of key economic indicators will be the total cost of the Lithuanian economy rating. The following will be presented and considered the country of manufacturing industry, which is assigned to the paper industry. A review of Lithuania's economy and manufacturing industry in the state of the country, will be presented in the paper industry's assessment of the situation.
